THE DISTRACT AND DISABLE PROGRAM 61: AFTERBURNER -- LIVE IN THE WGXC ACRA STUDIO -- SATURDAY 21 MARCH 2020 -- 4-6 PM EDT

Afterburner. Some say it was ZZ Top's finest work. Other's know it was a documentary about space exploration in a chopped '33 Ford. The Eliminator it was called. What was it built to eliminate? How did a rock band from Texas get hold of it? Can you really have a long beard in space? Wouldn't it float up and cover your eyes? Oh, wait. They are from Houston. Now it all makes sense. Anyway, thankfully none of these questions will be answered on this, the latest edition of The Distract and Disable Program. Instead you will be happy to know that Glue becomes unlost AND finds his transmitter (it was right where he left it). And that the escape from Planet Abu is not all it's cracked up to be. Tune in, won't you? What else are you going to do? You can't go outside! Saturday 21 March 4-6 pm EDT. LIVE from the WGXC Transmission Arts Studio in Acra, NY -- 90.7 FM if you have a receiver handy.
